Our story
Established by Diane Krywyn, Diane Krywyn Real Estate is a commercial real estate agency specialising in the sale of childcare centre businesses, investments and development sites in Victoria.
Beginning her career in commercial real estate in 1991, Diane’s first foray into childcare sales was by establishing the childcare division for Derek Feldman and Company. Since then, she has established herself as one of the most knowledgeable and respected agents specialising in the sale of childcare centres in Victoria, working with first time buyers to major corporations and everyone in between.
It is with this experience and expertise that Diane Krywyn Real Estate was established to assist purchasers and vendors.
